Started the afternoon slow but closed the night strong.

We have a small slate on Day 2 due to teams playing double headers yesterday to avoid today’s rain.

TCU @ San Diego

It was a competitive game one before TCU pulled away in extras. Tommy LaPour will get the ball for TCU after posted a 4.23 ERA last season for Wichita State. Logan Reddmann, the reigning WCC Freshman of the year, will go for San Diego. San Diego out hit TCU last night, but could not get the big one. Played under. Lean San Diego.

Clemson vs Arizona

After a hell of a day one at Globe Life, Clemson and Arizona will lead off day 2. Ethan Darden will go for Clemson. He has flashed upside on the mound, but posted a 5.13 ERA last season. Owen Kramkowski will go for Arizona. He previously sitting 93-94 before running it up to 97 in the Fall. I believe I lean Arizona here with the value. The over is okay, but wouldn’t touch it in this stadium.

Michigan vs Rice

Two opposite momentum’s heading into this game. Michigan upset #2 Virginia, while Rice allowed 10 runs after the 6th including 5 in the 9th to lose to a bad Villanova team. Kurt Barr will go for Michigan after posting a 3.41 ERA last season. Lean Wolverines.

Texas Tech @ UNC

UNC looked great yesterday, winning both games. Both pitchers have TBD listed as today. Weather is a potential risk but doesn’t look too bad. I feel like there is value on Tech here. Lean over as well.

Missouri vs UConn

Missouri looked terrible yesterday. They will likely improve, but that was brutal. UConn’s ace Ian Cooke will throw today. He was named preseason Big East pitcher of the year. Huskies dropped a tough one to Stetson yesterday. They should bounce back here.

Louisville vs Oklahoma State

This will be a good one. Louisville will roll out Parker Detmers. Detmers is the younger brother of Reid Detmers. He has high upside stuff, but has not shown it yet. Louisville coaches are high on him this season. Harrison Bodendorf will go for OKST. He is a talented LHP transfer from Hawaii with some good stuff. The Pokes lineup is better than Louisville’s. I’ll ride with Oklahoma State after dropping a tough one yesterday.

Campbell @ UC Santa Barbara

I was surprised to see UCSB only -160 here. Highly touted pitcher, Jackson Flora will get the ball for the Gauchos. Campbell faced a ton of turnover as a program. Backing UCSB at home again here.

Nebraska vs Vanderbilt

I believe this will also be a fun one to watch. Vandy’s pitching has returned to standard. They will have Ethan McElvain go tonight. Ty Horn will go for Nebraska. I lean Vandy, but I’m afraid the Huskers offense started finding it at the end of yesterday’s blowout loss. A slight Lean to the over if number isn’t too high.

Texas vs Ole Miss

An unofficial SEC game. Texas will go with Luke Harrison. Ole Miss has Riley Maddox listed. Both have been highly touted in the preseason by their staff. Texas lost a heartbreaker in game one of the Schloss era. I lean their way here but do not like the fact they are -160.
