Hello all, welcome to conference tournament week; one of my favorite weeks of the season. I will be once again making the trip to Hoover for the SEC tournament.

SEC

Single Elimination in Hoover this season. Looking at the odds, there isn’t a lot that stands out for me. The winner of the likely LSU / Arkansas matchup in game 14 is who probably ends up taking home the trophy.

Winner: Arkansas (+275)

Like: Tennessee (+650) Georgia (+850)

Long-shot: Alabama (+3000)

ACC

UNC is the rightful favorite as they have been playing great ball down the stretch. For value, I like Clemson’s draw as the 5 seed. Virginia has been hot, but will likely run into Jake Knapp. Same for Duke as they probably see Jamie Arnold if they win game one.

Winner: North Carolina (+300)

Like: Clemson (+1000) Duke (+800)

Long-shot: Wake Forest (+1200) Virginia (+1400)

Big 12

Winner: Kansas (+425)

Like: OKST (+1200) Arizona State (+800)

Long-Shot: Cincinnati (+1200) Kansas St (+1200)

Big Ten

Oregon was stuck with a tough draw for the one seed. They will likely face Michigan State’s ace and Golden Spikes Semifinalist, Joseph Dzierwa in game one before playing Nebraska in game 2. Not playing much, but would sprinkle Indiana +1100 and Nebraska +2500.

Update: Dzierwa is throwing game one vs Nebraska.

Like: UCLA (+475)

Long-shot: Nebraska (+2500) Indiana (+1800)

Big West

Fullerton has taken my money a few times the last few weekends, so it would be nice for them to stay hot and win it for me here.

Winner: Cal State Fullerton (+650)

Conference USA

DBU is the best team in this conference and I like them to win this tourney. They will be the 1 seed playing a road game at the 8 seed in round one. Weird. If you want value, I would look on WKU’s side of the bracket. Kennesaw State has performed well in conference play all season.

Long-Shots: Kennesaw Stats (+1200)

Sun Belt

Can we finally get the Coastal Carolina vs Southern Miss matchup in the Sun Belt championship? I do not see either team having much of a problem making it to the finals. Troy has the opportunity to make a loud statement on the bubble, but not sure if they can get past USM.
