Pure luck with Miami winning by 17, covering the -16.5. Beck throws a 20 yard TD with :20 left.

La Tech finds a way to win in overtime.

NC State, SMU, FAU, ECU/UTSA over, KSU/Utah over, Pittsburgh, Stanford, USF, Utah State all cashed with little to no sweat.

Cannot hit a Tuesday night bet. 2-4 on the season.

LSU’s offense looked terrible.

Oklahoma finds a way again despite getting out-gained offensively. John Mateer 14/30, 173 yards, 2 TDs (87 yards in one big play). The Sooners have an elite defense. -420 to make the CFB Playoff

Mike Norvell will return for 2026. It costs too much to fire him. It ended a disastrous season after beating Alabama in week one. Seminoles need to win @ Florida to reach bowl eligibility.

Notre Dame dominated Syracuse. CJ Carr didn’t take a snap until the Irish were up 21-0. (Pick 6, Punt Return TD, Pick 6)

Oregon handles business against USC, holding the Trojans to only 52 rushing yards. Oregon’s offensive line has only allowed one sack across the last 3 games.

Texas hangs 52 on Arkansas. Arch Manning 18/30, 389 yards, 5 total TDs.

Utah escapes a scare from Kansas State. Devon Dampier breaks loose on 4th and 1 with under a minute left in the game to win 51-47. Kansas State rushed for 472 yards.

Pittsburgh dominates the 1st half against Georgia Tech and holds on for the 42-28 win.

BYU finds ways to win. According to the books, it looks like they will need to beat Texas Tech in the conference championship to make the playoff.

CFB Playoff Prediction

SMU replaces Georgia Tech. They control their path to the CFB playoff. SMU -13.5 vs Cal and likely a TD favorite over UVA. Miami will be ranked higher, but needs a SMU or UVA loss to have a chance to make the ACC championship game.

Tulane was the highest G5 ranked team last week, but I believe North Texas will win the conference championship. I don’t believe JMU has a chance.
