Kennesaw State / Jacksonville State o60.5 -105
- Jax State is attempting to end the season with b2b with CUSA titles. During the regular season, we saw Jax State win this game 35-26. Jacksonville State loves to run the ball with RB Cam Cook and QB Caden Creel. Cook leads the country in multiple statistical categories including total rushing yards. In their first matchup, Cook managed 123 yards with a TD. Creel added 118 yards with two TDs. Kennesaw State’s defense ranks 111th in EPA/Rush. On the other side, KSU’s QB Amari Odom, is a playmaker. He has accounted for 11 total TDs in KSU’s last two games. In their first matchup, Jax State intercepted him 3 times. Similar to every game this weekend, this should be a good matchup. KSU 38-34.
UNLV +5.5 -110
- For the third consecutive season we have Boise vs UNLV for the Mountain West championship. In their regular season matchup, we witnessed a shoot out with Boise winning 56-31. Historically, UNLV is 0-7 in games against Boise State but I believe they have a chance tonight. The Rebels have one of the most explosive offenses in the country. QB Anthony Colandra has been on fire and RB Jai’den Thomas is 3rd in the country in yards per carry. Boise’s has performed well against the pass but ranks 115th in EPA/Rush. On the other side, Boise will be getting QB Maddux Madsen back after he was injured November 1st against Fresno State. UNLV’s defense has been gashed this season but they have not allowed over 30 points to an opponent since November 1st. In those games (Colorado State, Utah State, Hawaii, and Nevada) opponents have only averaged 15.7 PPG. Boise is tough to beat on the blue turf, but I like how UNLV has been playing. It will be cold and wet in Boise tonight. Rebels 34-27.
Tulane ML (hedge)

- Hedging my NT ticket with Tulane’s ML tonight. We know North Texas will put points on the scoreboard. NT will need to execute a game plan to slow down Tulane QB Jake Retzlaff. Retzlaff hasn’t been forced to use his legs in recent weeks, but I expect him to tonight. Can North Texas find a way to generate pressure? The HC’s have accepted new jobs, but I expect both teams to be prepared. Go Mean Green. NT 41-38.
