SEC

Georgia +450 FD (1u)

• Georgia has been the best team in the SEC this season. I believe they will have some initiative to win this thing, as UGA has never won the SEC baseball tournament. They have the arms and the bats. I like their path to the finals as well.

Auburn +750 CZR (1u)

• Auburn has the pitching depth to win this thing. The offense has been up and down at times, but I like them at these odds.

Arkansas +2200 (0.3u)

• This is likely a donation. However, Arkansas has been swinging the bats much better lately. They will more than likely play Tennessee game one. With Appenzeller starting game one and Kuhns likely not throwing Wednesday, I like Ark’s chances to advance. One of TN’s top bats, Reese Chapman, is likely missing Hoover after being in the face during BP. Hunter Dietz will likely get the ball against Texas. He can match Volantis. DVH has not cared much about Hoover in previous years however, Arkansas is still fighting for a host spot so they have something to play for this time around. I think it’s worth the shot at +2200.

Vanderbilt +6000 CZR (0.25u)

• Yeah this is likely another donation. However, this team will be playing for their season in Hoover and I like their path. Vandy has performed really well in recent years in Hoover. Granted, their pitching was much better in year’s past. They should be favored against Kentucky and may avoid Aidan King against Florida.

ACC

Georgia Tech +200 FD (1u)

• Tech has the easiest path to the finals. They managed to avoid UNC, FSU, and Wake Forest. I don’t really see UVA, Miami, or BC challenging them. If they make it to the finals, we can hedge as they will likely be favored against whoever they match up against.

Big 12

OK State +600 (0.5u)

• OK State’s lineup is the best in the Big 12. Their pitching has performed better down the stretch with Ethan Lund and Hudson Barrett leading the charge. I like their path to the finals if they can get by UCF in game one.

TCU +1600 CZR (0.5u)

• TCU has been playing better baseball. They should have won the last series in Morgantown before blowing game 3 late in the 8th inning. I am hoping Sawyer Strosnider returns to the lineup after missing the last series. Tommy LaPour has worked himself back. The Frogs are also sitting on the bubble for the NCAA tournament and could use a good run here. This roster is extremely talented and I will take a longshot here at +1600.

Sun Belt:

Southern Miss +180 DK (1.5u)

• I believe USM is a good amount better than anyone in the Sun Belt. They have the most pitching depth and fighting for a top 8 national seed. It would not surprise me if they walked through this tournament.

Troy +800 CZR (0.5u)

• Troy will be hosting this year’s Sun Belt tournament. The Trojans won 6 of their last 7 series to end the season. They will be paired on the same side as Southern Miss, however Troy played them well in Hattiesburg when they met earlier in the season.

Big Ten

USC +550 CZR (0.5u)

• USC has tons of pitching depth, which should play well in Omaha. I like their path to the finals.

C-USA

Louisiana Tech +1300 DK (0.25u)

• I will take a flier here. La Tech won the regular season series against both teams in their pool. With Jax State, Liberty, and Missouri State likely in the field, I would not be surprised if this tournament was a little crazy so let’s take a longshot.
