UNC + LSU -133

• Trusting Knapp and Anderson on the bump. I worry about the offenses somewhat as Griffin Kirk (WVU) and Owen Kramkowski (Zona) are good pitchers but I’ll take my chances. If the UNC & LSU bats do show up, they both should have a good sized advantage.

Coastal / Auburn u11 -115

• Cam Flukey vs Sam Dutton. Coastal’s entire staff has been great this year. Pitching has been their staple as they are top 10 in multiple statistical categories. Flukey has great stuff+ and has managed 6+ innings of work in his last 6 starts. Dutton has been Auburn’s #1 the entire season. He has been great the entire season up until his last 3 starts. South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Stetson all managed to hit around the Tiger ace. His splits have been a lot better at home. He did go 6.2 against Stetson but allowed 5 runs while collecting a season-low in strikeouts. Coastal’s lineup has one of the lower wRC+’s among teams remaining. Auburn’s lineup worries me as they can spark at any time, but I like both starters here with bullpens fully rested.

Oregon State

• I like FSU’s team and their offense is swinging it well, but this is a tough spot in game one. Volini is good, but he’s not Jamie Arnold. Add in the cross-country travel. Just hard to trust the Beavers as they have fallen flat, as they did in game one last weekend. FSU’s bullpen had been their weak point this season, but they were lights out in regional play. Would also lean over with these two offenses but likely just watching.
