Apologies for the late night post, but I wanted to get this out before the Friday slate. Check the note at the end.

+47.77u headed into this week

We are sitting at +53.21u headed into the weekend.

My goal prior to the season was to reach 100u. We should be sitting around +70 units but I managed to put together the worst week of the season last week. It happens.

A lot of baseball is still left to be played.

Pick 3:

Link to Spreasheet: College Baseball Pick 3

As you guys are aware by now, I bet heavy volume in college baseball. I understand that it is hard to keep up with every plays and not everyone has this approach, so I wanted to find a way for people that bet a smaller card with a heavier unit size. These plays have been posted every Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This was my first year attempting this and it has worked out well.

Worst Day of the Season:

Sunday, 3/29/2026. 5-13 (-9.03u)

Futures Review: (odds from DK)

UCLA & Georgia Tech are rightful current favorites at +600. Both teams are elite. As expected, UCLA has dominated the Big Ten after showcasing their talents against a strong non-conference schedule. Ace Logan Reddemann is dealing with arm fatigue, but plans on returning. Georgia Tech is fun to watch. They rake 1-9. My concern is the pitching depth. This lineup may prove me wrong, but I do not see them winning it all with limited options on the mound.

Arkansas πŸ“‰

My Bet: +1600

Current Odds: +6000

  • Yes, I believe there is current value on Arkansas. However, I just do not see it happening. They have been way too up and down this season. They rank 11th in the SEC in batting average and 8th in ERA. Hosting is likely out of the picture, but fingers crossed they catch fire here at the end and receive a good draw.

Texas πŸ“ˆ

My Bet: +2000

Current Odds: +900

  • The Longhorns remain my pick to win it all. They are as balanced as anyone in the country. The offense has performed well, ranking 5th in average among SEC teams. The Horns are 31-6 with Adrian Rodriguez in the lineup. The pitching staff is loaded with talent, ranking 3rd in ERA among the SEC. Dylan Volantis and Ruger Riojas are two of the top 10 pitchers in college baseball.

Mississippi State πŸ“ˆ

My Bet: +2200

Current Odds: +950

  • State has a tough schedule to end the season with Texas, Auburn, and Texas A&M. However, it’s a great opportunity to boost RPI and earn a top 8 national seed. I believe they will host a regional at the minimum. Ryan McPherson has been out with an injury since 3/20, but projects to return here soon. Tomas Valincius has been great. The Bulldogs rank 2nd in the SEC in both batting average and ERA.

Georgia

My Bet: +1800

Current Odds: +1600

  • I was kicking myself for not betting this in the preseason so I decided to hop on board in early March. I still believe there is value here. Georgia is currently a borderline lock to win the SEC regular season title and earn a top 8 national seed. This lineup is elite, leading the SEC in average. With a country-leading 124 HRs, the Dawgs have 24 more HRs than any other team in the country. Georgia has series wins @ Texas A&M, @ Miss State (sweep), @ Arkansas, and @ Ole Miss. The concern comes on the mound. They have talented arms, but rank 12th in ERA among the SEC.

North Carolina πŸ“ˆ

My Bet: +2200

Current Odds: +950

  • I love where we are sitting here. UNC’s pitching staff is what was expected. The Tar Heels are basically a lock for a top 8 seed. They lead the ACC in team ERA and fielding %, which will play well if they make it to Omaha.

Texas A&M πŸ“ˆ

My Bet: +3000

Current Odds: +950

  • Ok, I will give myself a small pat on the back for this one. I believe I was one of the only people touting this A&M team heavy during the preseason. This lineup rakes, ranking 3rd in BA among SEC teams. My concern is the bullpen. The starting arms are above average, but I would not consider them great. The bullpen is thin outside of Clayton Freshcorn, who leads the SEC in saves. However, there are not many teams that can keep up with this offense. FD has the Aggies at +1600 if you want to hop on board late.

Florida

My Bet: +4000

Current Odds: +4500

  • I love the current value on the Gators. Yes, Florida has lost 3 of their last 4 SEC series. However, this team has proven it can beat anyone in the country. Aidan King has been on fire and I believe he is the best starter in the SEC. Liam Peterson has the talent, but has been up and down this season. If he can somehow click, this is the best 1-2 punch in college baseball. The lineup has been up and down. It has flashed at times, but they rank 12th in the SEC in BA. Unless they collapse, I believe Gainesville will be one of the 16 regional hosts.

Ole Miss πŸ“ˆ

My Bet: +5000

Current Odds: +3500

  • Hunter Elliot and Cade Townsend is one of the best 1-2 combos in the country. Taylor Rabe was great in the bullpen and has also performed well in his role as the Sunday starter. Walker Hooks has been their go-to bullpen arm. He has only allowed 2 earned runs in the last month. The lineup has HR pop, ranking 5th in SEC play. However, they rank 14th in batting average which is a concern. Live by the long ball, die by the long ball.

TCU πŸ“‰

My Bet: +5000

Current Odds: +12000

  • TCU was a disappointment. They suffered multiple injuries which hurt. On the bright side, they are getting healthy and will make the make the tournament. Tommy LaPour is set to make his first start this weekend since Opening Day. It will be a massive boost as LaPour is one of the best arms in the county. I had much higher expectations for Mason Brassfield, who projects to be a top pick in the 2027 draft. This team has talent. I believe hitting +12000 will end up being a donation, but an investment on them to make Omaha isn’t the worst idea.

Virginia

My Bet: +9000

Current Odds: +8000

  • UVA has performed about how I expected. They deservedly dropped down the board after being swept last weekend by Pitt. However, AJ Gracia was sick and Eric Becker is out. I do not see UVA winning it all, but they have proved to be a threat when it all clicks as they have a series win at Chapel Hill.

It has been a fun season to this point. College baseball is unpredictable at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I will be releasing my first projected field of 64 after this weekend so stay on the lookout for it.

Also, I am sure a few of you have been wondering about my weekly recaps and activity on discord. I apologize. My schedule has been packed and I am fortunate to track games as well as I have. We are expecting our first child in August and currently in the process of moving houses. It has been hectic. I check X more than I do discord. If you ever have a question, just shoot me a dm. I will respond. I am hoping to get back on Discord before the Regionals begin.
