Sunday – 9/6/2026

Washington -23.5 -110

• Former Mizzou OC Kirby Moore takes over at Wazzu and had to face significant roster turnover.
• Caden Pinnick has been named QB1. Pinnick started at UC Davis last season and offers upside. However, he struggled against Washington last season.
• Wazzu’s defense returns zero starters from a solid 2025 unit. It will take time to adjust under new DC Trent Bray.
• Washington lost Denzel Boston and Jonah Coleman and a few skill guys from last year. Demond Williams will return and projects to build off of his 2025 breakout season.
• I believe Wazzu faced too much roster turnover. Kirby Moore is a first year HC and it will take time for everything to gel. Washington is a playoff hopeful team that is being overlooked. They will dominate this game in the trenches. Wazzu will not be able to contain Williams and this is a great opportunity for UW to break in the new skill group. 45-13 Huskies.

Louisville / Ole Miss u55.5 -108

• Louisville’s defensive line is legit and Ole Miss has a few questions on the offensive line. Yes, Trinidad always has big play potential, but Louisville should be able to generate plenty of pressure on dropbacks. I believe OM game plan will be to lean on star RB Kewan Lacy.

• Louisville is starting Ohio State transfer Lincoln Kienholz, who enters this game with only 250 career passing yards and is making his first collegiate start.
• Louisville’s offensive game plan will be to lean heavily on Issac Brown, who averaged 8.8 YPC last season.

• With both teams leaning towards a run-heavy approach, 55.5 just seems like too many points. The SEC is 11-5 ATS so far. Ole Miss 27-20.

Wisconsin +21.5 -120

• I was able to find an alt line here, but I believe a few books are hanging +21. If you wait closer to gametime, I’m sure it becomes available.
• ND returns a ton of experience on both sides of the ball. CJ Carr enters 2026 was the Heisman co-favorite entering week 1.
• Marcus Freeman and Luke Fickell have had a close relationship for over 20 years. If ND dominates, I doubt Freeman runs the score up.
• Wisconsin upgraded at QB as they brought in ODU transfer Colton Joseph. Joseph is a dual threat that finished 5th in rushing yards among QBs last season. ND’s defense is loaded and will be a tough first test in a new system, but I believe his athleticism will make a few plays and show optimism.

• Notre Dame’s talent ends up winning out, but Wisconsin shows some hope and keeps this game closer than what people think. ND 31-17.

South Carolina State 18.5 -110

• FAMU did not look good last week against a D2 Albany State team while SC State piled on 87 points against Savannah State. Sagarin projects this game a lot closer than I do.
